Love at "Sun Moon Lake"

With an area of 7.93 square kilometers, the "Sun Moon Lake" is located in Nantou County in the middle of Taiwan Island. It is the largest freshwater lake and the most beautiful alpine lake in Taiwan.

As the east part of the lake looked like the sun and the west part looked like the moon, it was named as "Sun Moon Lake". The lake is the first place I want to visit after arriving in Taiwan.

My friends and I left home early in the morning. When we arrived in Nantou County, a taxi driver volunteered to be our guide, but we had to pay him NT2000 as a reward. (1 RMB equals 4.75 NT.)
