GUANGZHOU, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- China continued to rule the diving competition at the Asian Games here on Tuesday after Chen Ruolin/Wang Hao and Qin Kai/Luo Yutong won two synchronized champions while Malaysia's divers snatched two silver medals.

In the women's 10m synchro platform, Olympic champion and defending champion Chen performed 360.06 points with her new partner Wang Hao to lift the crown. Leong Min Yee/Pandelela Rinong of Malaysia came to second in 311.94 and Choe Kum HUi/Kim Un Hyang of DPR Korea were third in 284.64.

It was the only event Chen competed in the Asian Games. Chen said:"I am more experienced than four years ago. I really want to compete in the London Olympic Games and I will work harder to realize my dream."

"My new partner Wang Hao is very good. We always try to think of others first. That's what we can do for the synchro event," Chen said.

Olympic champion Qin Kai/Luo Yutong turned the men's syncrho springboard into their own show stage by collecting 459.60 points. Bryan Nickson Lomas/Ken Nee Yeoh of Malaysia went to second in 404.85. Park Jiho/Son Seongchel of South Korea came to third in 388.26.

Qin revealed they started to train the synchro since last June. "Our performance are getting better and better," Qin said.

Qin was the runner-up in the 1m springboard at Doha Asian Games while Luo was the champion. Qin will compete in the same event on Nov. 24.

"I'll try to perform my dives perfectly. I don't care about the title," said Qin.

Malaysia's Yeoh said:"It was my third Asian Games. I want to thank my partner Bryan. We won a bronze in the Commonwealth Games one month ago. We are happy to win a silver. We perform our best."

China's Wu Minxia and Zheng Shuangxue will show up in the women's 1m springboard on Nov. 24.
