Zhuhai launched a series of infrastructure upgradings Sunday (November 23rd) in a bid to have 70 percent of the city's wastewater treated by 2005. As well as a sewage treatment plant to be expanded and another to be built, the city will spend 400m yuan (US$48.4m) to upgrade the sewerage system.
