To promote the United Nations International Year of Freshwater 2003, Taiwan pop singer Chyi Chin has been appointed as the image ambassador of the charity event called Love a Drop of Water Love the Whole World.
The event, sponsored by the International Foundation for the Protection of Drinking Water and China Environmental Protection Foundation, aims to enhance public awareness of water resource protection issues.
Thanks to his good public image, Chyi Chin will sing the theme song for the event and take part in a series of charitable activities to educate people about ways to save water. |
