TAIPEI -- Chen Yunlin, president of the Chinese mainland-based Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Strait, arrived in Taiwan Wednesday afternoon for a new round of cross-Strait talks with his Taiwanese counterpart scheduled for Thursday.
