The freed crew members from the fishing vessel Xufu 1, are now heading back to China after a short stay in Dar es Salaam, the Capital of Tanzania, where they have been staying since being released by Somali pirates.

It is reported they will get to Hong Kong Monday and will arrive in Beijing on Tuesday. All crew members are in good health and have received medical checks. The Xufu 1, with 13 crew members from the Chinese mainland, one from Taiwan and 12 from Vietnam, was hijacked by Somali pirates in December 2010 off the coast of Madagascar and taken to Somalia.
